We send a digital proof before every order. Once you approve the proof and we begin production, custom orders are non-refundable. We do offer one free revision round before production starts.
Yes. Our UV printer delivers true-to-life color accuracy. Send us your brand hex codes or Pantone references and we'll match them.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is fully digital — no screens, no setup fees, no minimums. It works on any fabric color including black, delivers photographic color quality, and is ideal for small to medium runs (1–100 pieces). Screen printing is more cost-effective at very high volumes (200+ pieces) with simple designs. For most custom orders, DTF gives you better quality, faster turnaround, and more flexibility.
Yes! Bring your own blanks (shirts, hats, bags) and we'll apply the DTF transfer. Just confirm the fabric type with us first to ensure compatibility. We can also source quality blank garments for you at competitive wholesale prices.
